Who Else Wants a Simple Path to Creating a More Joyful Life
and the Future of Your Dreams?

Imagine what it would be like to

  • Energize yourself each morning with a positive, productive attitude for the day ahead in less than five minutes
  • Remain calm and focused in the midst of stressful situations and chaos
  • Transform the negative thoughts and beliefs that keep you stuck and unable to create the life you truly want
  • Develop stronger, smoother and more meaningful relationships with your spouse, family, friends and co-workers
  • Pull yourself out of negative, self-defeating spirals
  • Recognize the potential good in ANY and EVERY situation

All this —and more— is possible once you know the simple yet powerful principles of Appreciative Living!

Appreciative Living is an easy to understand, practical approach to help you focus on what’s good and get clear about what you want. And best of all, it takes just a few minutes a day. The result—

  • Feeling more joy and happiness
  • Having more energy and motivation
  • Making better and smarter decisions
  • Recognizing more opportunities that will move you closer to your dreams

Hi I’m Jackie Kelm. In 2000, I started wondering if a powerful process I was using in my work as a management consultant (called Appreciative Inquiry) could create the same kind of transformational change in our daily lives as it was in hundreds of organizations around the world—such as Verizon, the U.S. Navy, Hunter Douglas, and John Deere.

While my life looked fine on the surface, it was far from fulfilling and I certainly didn’t feel much joy in day-to-day living. So I started testing the same powerful principles in my own life.

And over the past eight years, my own experiences—and those of hundreds of others—have proven that they did create the same dramatic improvement. In fact, the National Joy Study I did in 2007 showed that just three fast and easy Appreciative Living exercises led 97% of participants to feel significantly happier in just 28 days … and they continued to feel that way six months later.

This work has transformed my life beyond anything I ever dreamed possible.

My life truly is a joy—and believe me, it didn’t use to be. I now have closer relationships with my husband, children and parents. I’m healthier and taking better care of myself, and I’m building the business of my dreams. And I’d like to help you do the same.

But don’t just take my word for it

“During a period of difficult career changes, these exercises helped me stay positively focused and open to life’s amazing possibilities. The tools were simple—focus on the joy that already existed in my life, and take daily responsibility for increasing my own joy. The results were profound!”.Gene S., Danville, Pennsylvania

“The exercises soon became a wonderful part of my day, setting it up in a positive and grateful way that carried throughout the day. When I am running late and do not do them, my day seems to be off track and full of challenges.”Rita D., Ashland, Ohio

“Jackie’s exercises are so simple, you think they can’t do a thing. I would compare them to trying to watch a flower open. Watch, and it doesn’t seem to move. Then you blink your eye, and it is in full bloom. In the same way, the exercises seem so very small. Then, one day you begin to see real changes in your life.”Madelyn B., Jefferson, Maryland

Here’s how to take YOUR first step

I’m offering you 2 FREE gifts to get you started on the path to more joyful and appreciative life:

FREE Gift #1. A 3-part e-series: Getting Started with Appreciative Living! Each week for three weeks, you’ll receive an email with a report showing you how to use the Appreciative Living principles to create a richer, more fulfilling life! I also share stories from my experiences —and give you a quick exercise to get you going.

I just wanted to let you know how much my husband and I have enjoyed your e-series…most mornings over breakfast we do our gratitude journal and talk about what we’re grateful for. And we are catching ourselves when we’re talking negatively and unappreciatively more frequently. We’ve had great results and life seems a lot brighter in spite of New England winter weather!”

FREE Gift #2. More tips, stories and resources in my FREE monthly Appreciative Living Ezine—my monthly email newsletter designed to be read in five minutes or less. (valued at $97). Being an ezine subscriber means you also get…

“I was sitting in the hospital room of my 88 year oldmother who had fallen and broken her hip and I had just had another frustrating discussion with the medical team. I was attempting to busy myself and calm down by checking my email when I received your Ezine story about gratitude in the face of cancer. It was just what I needed to shift my thinking. THANK YOU.” – Jennifer L. Jones

    • Getting Off the Mental Wheel March 11, 2010
We were all tired this morning. My son’s hamster loves to run on his exercise wheel, but something went awry last night and it sounded like an elephant rather than a hamster. It woke the kids up at various points through the night, and my son finally came down and crawled into bed with me [...] […]
